Position Function:
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll and related accounting functions and assisting employees and managers with troubleshooting and resolving any payroll related issues. The Payroll Administrator has a strong understanding and solid working knowledge of all aspects of payroll processing, including multi-state payroll, federal and state policies, regulation and compliance. The Payroll Administrator demonstrates strong analytical thinking, problem solving, organizational and communication skills with a high level of detail and ability to work effectively and collaboratively under pressure. Multiple levels available based on qualifications.
Performs all duties and interacts with internal and external customers in a manner that is expressly aligned with the Company's Core Values of approaching all actions with a “Voyaging Spirit” and being “Positively Ohana”.
